Our products are made to order to ensure you have a fresh product, not something that has been sitting in a warehouse for six months. Our mattress doesn’t come in a box like many online sellers as we know that foam is not designed to be compressed for an extended period.

We offer free shipping in all Australian city metro areas. For regional and rural customers please contact us for your delivery quote.

Your TrueBlue products will be shipped between 1-5 days in metro areas. Some regional areas may take longer. If outside a metro location we will contact you with a delivery date at time of order.
WARRANTY
100 DAY TRIAL
Comfort Guarantee
We want you to be in total TrueBlue comfort. Mattresses do have a settling in period where the material properties adjust to your personal body signature. It can take at least 30 days for new mattresses to settle in. So for peace of mind, we give you 100 days to trial your new mattress.

If you decide it’s not for you we’ll pick it up and give you a full refund. We do our best to donate returned mattresses or we recycle. Read our full Warranty terms and conditions here.
